This is a photo of the parking lot at the Mall of Louisiana. This photo does not do justice to the magnitude of the staging area you see here. This appeared, to us, to be the staging area for all the electrical/power relief efforts in the BR area. We went out to dinner with his parents near the Mall and saw power trucks pulling in and out constantly. They were from all across America, too -- we saw Little Rock, and we also saw some from Tennessee.
