The pig in the foreground here was a gift to me from my paternal grandmother, who passed away before I was born. She gave it to my parents with strict instructions that it was to go to her first grandDAUGHTER. Mom was pregnant with me, but they obviously didn't know yet that I was a girl...Zella did, though, I guess. Anyway, now it's in Adelaide's room, for my first daughter.
